Working with Paula was amazing. She's got tons of experience. She's with you through the whole process. She's honest. She's super communicative. She'll tell you what's reasonable and what to expect. She has connections/contacts through the industry. Just generally it's like having an expert that's on your team and genuinely wants the best for you. Paula helped us sell our condo and we had an offer within a couple days (above what we thought we'd get). Then she helped us negotiate the purchase of a new townhome at a great price. The craziest part was both of those were during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was impressive. "In Paula we trust" is what my wife and I kept saying. 

She also just went above and beyond. Getting a plumber lined up for us, or getting multiple home inspector quotes, or walking through the closing statements line by line. One time our bank was really dragging their feet on something and I don't know who Paula called from her contacts but she lit a fire under someone and they've never responded so quick lol.
